James W. Taylor, Jr. has been practicing law in the State of New Jersey for twenty two years.  After graduating from American University and George Mason Law School, Mr. Taylor began his career working for defense firms representing major insurance companies.

Mr. Taylor opened his law office in Jersey City in 1995.  The Firm has been providing superior legal services to New Jersey residents ever since.

Mr. Taylor specializes in personal injury cases.  He recently negotiated an $8.2 million dollar settlement for a client severely burned in a chemical factory fire.

The late Honorable James W. Taylor, J.S.C. was an esteemed member of the New York and New Jersey bars.  After a distinguished career in private practice, Judge Taylor was appointed to the Superior Court in Bergen County, New Jersey in 1979.   Two years later he was transferred to Hudson County where he served as the Presiding Judge of the Criminal Division.
